SANFORD 5th ALARM: Great job to everyone who helped out with the Mill fire last week. We pumped over 7,000,000 gallons of water. 6 million from #1 Pond.  154 Firefighters, 36 pieces of apparatus.

BLOOD DRIVE: Tomorrow morning, 0900-1400 at the station.

SHARE DRIVE CHANGES: On Wednesday July 5th we will complete the move of all our documents from our local server and drop box to our Department Google Drive. Please DO NOT attempt to edit documents on this day so that our transition will be cleaner.
Anyone not able to access documents after July 5th, is asked to notify Lt Martin by email so that you privileges can be adjusted.
Effective July 5th, all Department documents will be accessed via www.gmfd.org>employee resources>GMFR doc server
You will have to be logged into your own Google account in order to actually see the documents.

LADDER 82: It's scheduled for July 7th to go to East Coast for repairs.

FIRE INSTRUCTOR I & II Course:  No. Berwick will be hosting a FI 1 and 2 class starting August 3rd through October 3rd. Fire Instructor is a requirement for Fire Officer I & II certification. Fire Instructor 1 is also good for certification as an EMS IC.  If you're interested, submit a training request before July 15th.

CALL VOLUME:  We've ended Fiscal Year 2017 with 743 calls as of 1012 this morning. We ended 2016 with 687 calls and 2015 with 747. 2015 was our busiest year ever.
