Minimum Activity Points:  On April 1st we began the new system of accumulating points for minimum activity. Directive 2102 refers. Response points needed are based on 5% of the previous years calls.  That number comes out to 35 for the year.  or 8.75 each quarter.
POINT TARGET GOALS: Response: Everyone’s point goal should be over 3 points a month. Or 9 points per quarter. With a year end goal of 35 points in the “Response” category. (Administrative points will count towards response.) Training: Training points are based on skill sets. Everyone’s training goal should be 48 points at years end.  That’s 2 training points per month.   This information will be posted on the bulletin board.

Anywhere, every time use a spotter! If you're alone, do a 360 walk around your truck before backing it. Avoid backing into a street, even with a spotter.  Directive 2321 Section 10.7 Refers.   http://www.everyonegoeshome.com/tag/driver-safety/
