AMBULANCE 86: It looks like it will arrive on Monday.  The out fitting process for the new ambulance has been written out in TOG 3909. The Deputy will be circulating a copy of that soon. Next week we'll layout what equipment is going on the truck and start driver training. Lt Daniels will be heading up the training effort. Lt Sarto will be organizing the equipment load out. Making sure to fulfill the items required by the Maine EMS equipment list. Lts Johnston and Roma will be handling any equipment mounting or any thing electrical or mechanical. On Saturday, March 18th we'll load the ambulance. The radio techs will be here on March 22nd to wire the VCBR and install radio antennas. Our target date to put A86 in service is April 1st. (no fooling!)   We're also planning the dedication ceremony for 1300 on April 15th. More to follow.
