DEPUTY CHIEF JOHNSTON:  Tomorrow is the Deputy's official last day. This is the end of an era and the turning of a page in the story of the GMFR.  During his 3 decades as a member he has been in the middle of everything going on here. His contributions are too numerous to count.  He has definitely prepared each of us to write the next page. Thank you Chad for your service, your friendship and for keeping me out of trouble.
-----
FIRE COMMISSIONER WENDELL SMITH:  At the last Fire Commission meeting, Commissioner Smith was presented with the Chief Edward Mullen Meritorious Service Medal. This award recognizes his 37 years of service to the GMFR as a Firefighter, EMT, Fire Officer, Trustee and as a Fire Commissioner.  Thank you Wendell for your service and Gloria's too!
-----
GRADUATION:  Last night the Fire Academy graduation was held at Noble High School. This was the first ever combined ceremony with the YCCA and NBFD programs. It went off very well.  Graduating students were from the York County Firefighter 1 & 2 Class, North Berwick Firefighter 1 & 2 Class, Sanford RTC Firefighter 1 & 2 Class, York County & Presumpscot Valley Fire Officer 1 & 2 Class. Goodwins Mills Firefighters being recognized were; Sandy Guillemette (YC FF2), Lt Dylan Martin (YC FO2), Karina Corbeil (SRTC FF2) and Brenden Byther (SRTC FF2).
-----
FIRE COMMISSION:  The Fire Commission, as we have known it, is no longer. Recent changes to the Inter-Local Agreement have change the composition of the commission. There will no longer be six Fire Commissioners. The commission will be made up of one Selectman from each Town. Beginning on July 1st, Dayton Selectman Jarod Harriman and Lyman Selectman John Tibbetts will represent their respective Towns on the Lyman-Dayton Fire Commission.

I want to send a thank you to those who've served on the Fire Commission over the past few years.  Don Hernon, Amos Gay, Wendell Smith, Ray Demers, Jim Roberts, Chris Boyden, Paul Reynolds, Jim Sotir, Chris L'Heureux, Norm Melancon.  Without their support, hard work and perseverance, what we have for a fire department today may not have happened. They deserve a the credit for seeing this change from a private corporation to a municipal fire department happen and succeed.
Thank you gentlemen.
-----

Data Transfer for A86 LP15: Transferring data from the LP15 to ELITE FIELD has changed on Ambulance 86 only. Below are some helpful hints to ensure success.
First the Hotspot on A86’s IPAD must be turned on. After pressing the transmit button on the LP15, make sure you are sending it to IMAGETREND. Once the transfer is complete, on your run report open the blue EKG tab and select PHYSIO-CLOUD. It may take a minute to three from your transfer to appear and you may have to refresh the list. Keep in mind this list will only show calls initiated on the LP with in the last 24hrs. Once you locate your call press the download arrow on the left of the screen. This should complete your process.
For calls download from the archives, it is the same process. Just keep in mind that if the call you are trying to transfer was started more than 24 hours ago you will be unable to transfer.
And remember the hot spot for the IPAD must be on and sometimes will need to be shut off and turned back on again to ensure connection.

Ambulance 85’s transfer has not changed, yet.
