FIREFIGHTER EMERGENCY INFORMATION: Sometimes we need to think about the unthinkable. Such as, line of duty injury or death. At the Chief's Call on Tuesday, we discussed recording emergency information and having beneficiary information on file. Each Company Officer has a packet of forms for each of you to complete. Please complete this, seal it in the envelope and return them to Chaplain Bove. Your envelop will be kept on file. In the event of the unthinkable, such as a line of duty injury or death, having this information ready will lessen some of the stress on your family. Directive 2313 sets out guidelines.
COMPANY OFFICERS; Please ensure your companies get this completed before May 31st.
