Mandatory Training:
In the Orange Binder Marked "Absenses": Read the policy document and complete the quiz and sign the roster.  The topics are; HAZCOM, Exposure Control/Blood Borne, Respiratory Protection to include Fit Testing.  In lieu of the orange book, you can read the policy on line and complete the quiz on line. https://sites.google.com/site/gmillsfr/fire-rescue/training
At Company Meetings:  Attend any company meeting to complete Fire Extinguisher training, PPE Inspection, EAP review and a traffic control refresher.

Seacoast Mutual Aid District presents; Problem Solving & Passing it Forward with Dr Harry Carter, Newark (NJ) FD retired. May 11 and again May 12. Flyer is posted.

Opportunities at York County Emergency Management.  There are several specialty teams at EMA that are in need of members.
  -The HAZMAT Team has needs for HAZMAT Technicians as well as other supporting roles.
Greg Kapinos gkapinos@maine.rr.com is the acting team chief.
  -Incident Management Assist Team or IMAT supports the Incident Management Team during a medium to large scale incident and staffs the County Emergency Operations Center. Ann Hemingway

OPEN SHIFTS: February: Monday 2/26 0700-1900 and 1900-0700. Must be EMT.  March; None right now. April: Fri 2/27 1900-0700 must be EMT. Sat 2/28 0700-1900. May Sun 5/27 0700-1900.
Several open shifts in June.
