Fire & EMS School: This weekend we will have several members out of town, along with Engine 84, at the fall Fire & EMS school.

Open House: Our annual open house will be on Wednesday, October 16. We will have the state's Home Fire Sprinkler demonstrator here that night.

Ladder 8X: Capt Johnston and I went to Greenwood in Attleboro, MA to check on the progress of the quint's overhaul. The truck is coming along well. We're estimating another month in Massachusetts.

Live Fire Training: Sunday, October 14th, we've reserved the Hollis Training Facility to do some
live fire training.

Call Volume: We've run 82 calls in the month of September. This year we've averaged 68 calls per month. The past month has been our busiest month ever. At least our busiest month not involving a severe storm.
